Always the same smooth, uniform appearance from top to bottom of container with superior sealing qualities. Sta put will not harden, crumble, crack or shrink. It is flexible and stretchable, spreads easily, and can be molded into rings or shaped to the precise configuration needed. Perfect! Had a leak in my newly installed sink drain that wouldn't quit. I ordered this putty and my problems were immediately solved! The putty has the consistency of play-do or silly putty and is incredibly easy to shape. Once I applied the putty to the drain flange and nut below the sink, the drips went away and the surface below my sink was dry as a bone! Could not have been simpler!
